1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website incozienergia.com and the service provided by IncoziEnergia to analyse and compare electricity and natural gas tariffs available on the Portuguese market.
By using the website you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.
2. What we do
IncoziEnergia is an independent energy tariff comparison and brokerage service. We analyse offers from several suppliers and present the client with the option offering the best balance between price and conditions for their consumption profile.
We are not a supplier and we do not provide energy. We never contract on your behalf without your prior authorisation — nothing moves forward without your approval.
Access to the website and the analysis request are free of charge for the client.
3. Requests and proposals
To receive an analysis, the client fills in the form on the website and guarantees that the data provided is true, complete and up to date.
Proposals are based on the data supplied by the client and on the conditions communicated by suppliers, which may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Any supply contract is concluded directly between the client and the chosen supplier, under that supplier’s terms.
4. No guarantee of savings
Savings figures and examples shown on the website are illustrative estimates. Actual savings depend on consumption, the previous tariff, market conditions at the time of the analysis and the offers available from each supplier.
We do not guarantee that the proposal presented is the cheapest option on the entire market, nor that savings apply in every case.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms, including not interfering with its operation, bypassing security measures or using data extraction robots without authorisation.
6. Intellectual property
All website content (text, design, logo, images and code) is owned by IncoziEnergia or used with the owner’s authorisation. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior consent.
7. Third-party links
The website may contain links to supplier or other third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, for which IncoziEnergia is not responsible.
8. Limitation of liability
IncoziEnergia strives to keep the website accurate and available, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, uninterrupted availability or the permanent accuracy of market information, which is outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, IncoziEnergia is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website or reliance on the information provided.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
10. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute between the client and IncoziEnergia shall be subject to the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory rights.
Additional information on consumer dispute resolution is available at https://www.cncmc.pt/ and the electronic complaints book (https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt).
